Does anyone have any thoughts on how 'energy reliability' might impact ERM?
Rising energy prices are a fact of life for C&I and SME, and now reliability is a very real concern and very real threat to business. If you spend $30k per month on energy is reliability likely to overtake price as the key criteria in decision making? After all prices rise for all market participants but reliability is critical (more so than price) to performance and viability. Does this lead to a new regime and cap on growth for ERM with C&I and SME buyers of electricity heading back to the majors (or not leaving them)?
