The CEO has been selling shares to convert options for a while now ... shareholders touted it as a good thing, because he was "reinvesting" in the company
Had to chuckle ... the guy was dumping shares at $50-80 to convert $12-20 options, but as it all went back into more stock, it wasn't seen as distribution to many
It just massively lowers his cost base to account for events like today .. hint hint
