I think your moniker says it all. Yes I have worked in retail overseas and you can get it wrong. Especially when you are trying to keep the formula that made you great but locally does not suit the style of the population or environment within which you are trading.
Its not a rookie mistake each move has risk and if the initial selection was not right then you do experiment.
I don't own this stock but I respect its management - I don't own it because it used to be overpriced right now I am less sure it is.
