The thing i like about IRI is that they are playing in an industry that is evolving at an incredible pace. And they spend millions in R&D to make sure their software "works" with the developing technologies.
So what happens is, every few years something like Skype comes out and boom, their R&D pays off so that its making 1/3 of their UC revenue. Apple Pay could be another thing for Payments.
So why sell, when they keep innovating and coming up with new ways to integrate new technology into their software and create more value to the customer.
Fantastic business.
