Don't know about the software comparison either. However comparing the two companies operations in Australia I wouldn't be too worried about the threat to NEA's dominance, it will be difficult to convince existing customers to train their staff to use the new system when the offering is essentially the same. Numbers spreadsheet might be superior to Excel but nobody is going to change any time soon.
In Australia there isn't much comparison between a company that has a proven and profitable business model and one that is currently in trials. Of course we would be unwise not to keep an eye on developments though.
