Can't believe what's happening! How did it get to this!?!? Where is the ISA review report that states it isn't R&D? Can it be challenged in court?
Why approve to provide it then review and take it back!?!?!? That causes sovereign risks the likes of which you only see in 3rd world countries! This is Australia! They should have done the due diligence before giving it to STX! If they don't like it in hindsight, well tough-luck! You can't change your bloody mind after the fact!

An immediate capital raising is needed ASAP to save the company from CBA asking for money back! What a joke, it isn't good doing a capital raising from a position of weakness.
What annoys me/us the most is that we all know the geology is sound and fantastic and can solve partially the eastern-seaboard gas crisis! To have a company go bankrupt because of the ISA idiots not seeing the forest for the trees! Jesus, how is it justified that it isn't R&D?
