The company commented in the announcement that the SP was in an uptrend since April, well that was eroded with 30 min after the announcement! BFC got the boost late last year when all the food companies with an Asian bent where going sky high. Since that time, which was very short, it was down hill for BFC. Partly due to many announcement of the gunna do this gunna do that, but never hard dollars to back it up. The company is an opportunist to ride a wave and will fall hard soon, IMO.
