Can we take a second to access the reasons for the reduction in expected revenues:
1) Pedra Branca - bringing in house.
2) Dashang - not purchasing in the financial year.
3) Regulatory costs.
Obviously the major factor is that Dashang haven't fulfilled their order. The announcement states that BFC 'believes' the opportunity remains for Dashang to be a major distribution channel but no guidance on when these orders are going to occur.
Dashang is a 15% stakeholder in BFC.
Now; has the Dashang deal fallen through? Are the parties stalling on the details? Does Roger have no idea what's is happening?
One would think that as a 15% holder of BFC, Dashing have some motive to get this going...
