There are a lot of better companies in the same industry with similar exposure out there that have overperformed this year. BFC has too many issues and lacks transparency. The best example is the performance fee which new shareholders seem to always overlook when buying into this share.
As a past shareholder in BFC I feel like the company does not reward its shareholders and has a long way to go.
