Re; Acquisitions possibility.
They are in a more than usually competitive environment with shrinking margins. EVZ subsidiary Brockman has been agressively targetting this sector. EVZ is in breach of covenants and looking to raise cash to reduce debt. WOuld be a good move for SND to acquire Brockman..increase share and reduce competition. I dont know how the two organisations would fit though. Superficially looks like a good move.???
