Not a lot to say really. You have to wonder why so many of the issues were not obvious when they did due dilligence and auditors should have picked up a lot of others.
Since HC change dto only sho a few months posts and not the last 100 I have noticed lots of companies not getting any posts as they are falling off the radar. I put it in feedback but it wasn't taken on board but who knows with a HC uprade on its way soon.

Just have to see how much cash it can generate and where expansion is coming from. The bit about selling off properties ma be a worry as banks bluntly will not lend unless against a secured phsical assett to smaller companies in the UK so they better have all their loans sorted prior to selling.

I am amazed so much of what has been put in the presentation has not been announced prior and makes you wonder just how late the average shareholder will find out about anything this company does.

Sounds like they overpaid for a very sick poorly managed puppy but think it will turn around as it has strategic positioning and entry. Sounds like a lot of cash had teh chance to be misplaced as proper systems were not in place. Renegotiation of contracts and changing of price structures is noted as having to be done but it instantly opens teh door to a competitive bid on that carpark by others as I am not sure there is much goodwill

Not real impressed or inspired that they are over the hump and well expect them to do a mates issue to move things along quicker as time and improvements suck money in the UK like you wouldn't believe.
