From NMS' last financial report, the company had an NTA of 3c. This may change with any write-downs/goodwill impairment, but from the above ANN, those don't look to be significant, and it has to be a part of any turnaround strategy. Earnings per share were 8.8c. The PE ratio was .25.
The company has more cash for working capital, so is not on the ropes. It has a $38.5m market cap, which changes as there are these periods of buying, and then a fall back, which seems to me to be a period for large buyers to reload. Minus cash, the market is valuing NMS @ about $30m.
I don't think it is expensive. It is tidy, and as for growth, it is hardly boom time right now. It could be that NMS is not growing, and that's a company-specific thing, but the markets are very bearish, imo, and most companies are affected.
