I think you are mistaking that for the times shareprices have a run and companys take the opportunity to raise as they think the shareprice is likely to fall in the future...when shareholders start to suspect a raising is coming up the shareprice generally falls....

I also beleive the current shareprice underates the projects and potential, only problem is the recent transaction just showed that 5 of our projects had a market value of less than 3c per share...
