34m SoarCoins as back-payment of up to 10 years of wages.

830,000,000 BPG Shares as one-off discretionary bonus for 'turning the company around' or something to that effect (meaning the SP had increased by 900% or so).

The SP increased mostly as a result of the deal with SoarLabs. The EGM was held before the SoarLabs debacle was public....

IMO - Should the bonus shares be issued - it should have been upon completion of the (then) SoarLabs exchange, not prior. And then, given that contract fell through, the bonus shares should have been returned.

Fast-forward to where we are now, the same still applies - when Noetic deliver the exchange, it's up and running and earning some coin, then bonus shares would probably be well deserved and not such a sticking point with us SH who've had to purchase BPG shares with our hard-earned.
