Am looking at PIR with a view to investing. Their addition of ounces this past year has certainly been impressive. From what I can see of this announcement though, it is largely confirmation drilling rather than extensional drilling. It may add more ounces due to the good grades, but it doesn't seem to extend mineralisation beyond the defined mineralisation boundaries.
The company chose not to provide cross-sections that would assist those looking at the results. The long section seems to support the notion that the new drilling is largely within the defined resource.
