I would rather PIR drill what they need of the defined MR area and see exactly what they have before going full steam extending it. We know the deeper they go the grades get exciting, but is no guarantee.

IF for some reason they prove 5moz in the defined MR area, produding let's say 250k per year, you have a 20 year mine life (very very basic calcs & a lot of variabilites). I am sure within that 20 year period PIR would be able to find more Au somewhere on their tenements.

But on the good side, the 100km drilling to extend and deepen has started, so my mid next year, we should start to see what PIR has.
