Yes you make a really good point about toll treatment. If they are getting a 3x upgrade in the ore then they can afford to transport it a long way for toll treatment. We could be generating cash much sooner than many think.
On the ore drive front they can use larger and more efficient equipment, but they can also use smaller equipment on the veins that were previously too narrow to be viable.
The important point is the delays are due to good things happening, not bad things or management incompetence.
