What I’m saying is that despite the company saying that there is a clear associated with the IP and polymetallic mineralisation intersected in drill holes, this association doesn’t seem particularly strong to me. It maybe be true for the the most southern part of the Rupice deposit but the divergence between the IP anomaly and the mineralisation is stark as you move to the north west. You could make the claim that the strengh of the IP anomaly falls off rapidly towards the north east and that the Rupice drill traces are actually intersecting the down dip part of the anomally, but in that case drilling to west should be intersecting shallower mineralisation coinciding with the anomaly at or near the surface, which it is not (at least yet).
I actually think the broad spaced gradient array (GAIP) survey has thrown up spurious and unreliable signals that may have little benefit in targeting the drilling. Take a look at the vast areas to the south of the current concession boundary and the strength and distribution of the IP gradient array signals generated over these areas. Seems like a signal to noise problem happening with this method to me. If they start drilling to the west of Rupice and find associated mineralistaion actually spatially associated with these GAIP signals I’ll start believing in this type of IP or if they drill the main part of the Brestic-Jurasevac GAIP anomaly and find mineralisation spatially associated with that anomaly I’ll become convinced.
Maybe they should show us the IP data collected using the pole-dipole array method against the drill traces at Rupice. This data supposedly gives better depth resolution. The GAIP data might have picked up real anomalies associated with the Rupice and Brestic-Jurasevac mineralisation, so could be useful as a first pass method but it looks to me to have picked up a lot of unrelated noise (rubbish) as well. Personally I would place much credence on the GAIP’s usefulness for targeting actual drill holes. Esh
