I don't understand the announcement fully , No mention of the way the consolidation will work . I assume it is not a share consolidation , if that is correct we are then being told that the bookbuild is going to be over one dollar . Why else would they say 20c per share ????
Does this mean that we will have bookbuild news very soon . Slightly confused by the 20c target .
