Spot on hence why the grades of up to %4 for ADV are hugely impressive and encouraging.... no other company would touch these grades BUT.... needs more hits and volume to be proven yet... but none the less you cannot argue a %4 grade hit is excellent and an encouraging result. Unless of course your boss tells you to argue and down ramp then of course you will argue. Your paid to.
