HC PGM thread is a forum for directors and all players inc major to suss out the mood of the troops. It has been so in the past to them who matter. I assume it will continue to be.

I haven't spoken to anyone at PGM on this. You can cut out my posts and email them direct if you want and remind them of the importance of this open forum. I have just reminded you of the major issues so please raise these issues at the EGM.

Happy to see the two new boys given their chance and good to see two reports out already in the first week of CN's assignment. Hope he is capable of doing it justice. One can make a serious name for oneself here.

But PGM is really TWO companies not one and IMO the Board in present state wont be able to do them both justice.

Owendale is easy cos Sc is easy and our neighbours are doing all the costly grunt work on the Co-Ni.

Skaergaard is specialised and needs specialised attention. Would love to see someone with real skin take the chair.

I have had it, knocking my head against the wall for so long and now have other interesting things to do, so will leave it to you guys. However am available to assist on front line if anyone interested to discuss.

I have a base in Yunnan the heart of PRC aluminium country and a half built Al-smelter sits in my back yard. I thought it could be a great start for some Al-Sc test work. I had chance conversations with Aleris four years ago and pointed them in PGM's direction. But Chinese Al industry was put on ice with the new leader and nipped us in the bud. I have had chance conversations with western JV interests in PRC aerospace so understand the difficulties there for direct evolution. Let the others knock their heads against the wall. The good thing tho is that anyone's success in Sc will become everyone's cos the likely demand will eclipse any individual company's ability to supply, hence Sc price is not as important an issue as is secure Sc product availability. Am confident it will happen and PGM being first in will stand best dressed for us in good stead.

But Skaergaard's product mix and inventory is a different issue and should be prioritised given IMO what geopolitical evil this way comes. Pd and Au are geopolitical weapons as well as commercial. The Ice Queen can and should be quickly set up in a dominant position. And Vanadium is likely to be in greater demand than Lithium looking at likely base load requirements ahead.

We need a Board with wholistic (is that the word) views and skills to max it out for us. Owendale is steady evolution project but Skaergaard is EXCITING and can be worth megabucks to us sooner than later. We need leaders with major skin in the game to ensure it is not pirated. None of our directors have major skin in PGM but may have elsewhere.

Anyway go slam your fists on the table at the EGM and ask the demanding questions, and remind them they should refer to HC PGM thread to feel the pulse of the troops like that Panzer general in Battle of the Bulge ... educational film hey. As I said if anyone wants to talk to me they know how to contact.

And above all don't get sucked in or out of your possies by posters with no holdings haha.

I wish good vision to our leaders and good luck to us. Am noticing the TA sp fragility of our neighbours today. Maybe some of that cash will head our way. We are sooooo cheap on both fundamentals and relativities. That's the first challenge to address for our new boys.
