Calidus Resources is presently undertaking the following exploration activities across Warrawoona:

• All RC resource drilling is now complete

• A 22 hole diamond core drilling programme is underway beneath the current Klondyke pit design targeting a600m long zone with initial results pending. Due to the amount of visible gold occurring in multiple holes, assaytechniques have been changed from fire assay to screen fire assay. With this change, there will be longerturnaround time for assays which will result in the updated resource being published in early 2019;

• Hydrological and geotechnical drilling for the PFS is now underway;

• A soil geochemistry programme is planned to commence within the next week infilling and extending a numberof regional gold-in-soil anomalies across the ~550km2 Warrawoona tenure;

The Company will release results of these programmes to the market as and when results become available.
