Don’t recall management saying anything about consummating the Indee deal regardless of the dilution it entailed.
Yes i have become a disgruntled DEG holder but as fair value now seems to be 6-12cents, depending on the final indee outcome, not much point moving elsewhere now. Hopefully my concerns around DEG will not prove to be as well founded as they where at the other stock you mentioned.
