6 or 7 years ago I supported a group of HC posters who, claiming to have been "badly burnt" by the unfulfilled statements of a CEO (of a Public Company) called an EGM.

The skills of the group to research and report factual information was incredible, exceptional - to this day I have not seen anything to match it.

The action was so professional that it had the support of the Australian Shareholders Association representative.

Sadly the group "lost the battle" - even though ultimately they "won the war" - the company no longer exists.

To retain this level of credibility Hot Copper Posts must be accurate.

Sadly both Fingers Xed and yourself have got this wrong. Both posts are grossly misleading.

Brimstone was not owned 100% by Lion Gold on 08/06/2018
and
ERL did not buy the Lion Gold 40% share back and then sell it to some of its share holders.


Lion Gold announced on 3 June 2015:

The Board disposed of its 100% owned subsidiary Brimstone Resources Limited to Barola Resources Limited for a Cash Consideration of A$450,000.

As an aside, if you look at my post on the Injunction thread you will see that according to the ERL 2015 AR, ERL "was on its knees" and could not afford to buy Brimstone.
