Not sure, may be his coffee conversation with TLM. But TLM may not even agree with SFR's offer. So who knows too early to tell. But very good idea and business approach.
Further, the combined company market cap will be larger and more daily volume. Than we will be included in ASX index and force fund managers to chase shares on-market and push the combined company up strongly.
TLM and PEX have similar culture with great people.
