and the big kicker is the new guy ... more expertise with local knowledge new eyes on the task at hand to unlock this unique system

and lastly the clean con (No deleterious elements like MgO, talc or arsenic ) produced in testwork ... upto 30% premium - multiply that by the shortage forecasts in the next few  years

imo when you have something unique and high quality and a mineable amount ... Mr market cannot ignore this
