Tplo I feel it has been more a measured accumulation making sure that price doesn't surge away, selling is always way lighter than the buying, allowing the buyers to accumulate as the sellers dump. Very common way for experienced buyers to enter a less liquid stock.
Not always right but feel this is the case here, as i am a TA trader and lok for just such signals. Also feel his was made easier by the company's own delays exaggerating the sales.
