re: Ann: Further Delays to Financing Las Lagu...
Just thinking about EV valuations ---- the Market Cap figure is a little out as my figures are still quoting 400 million shares and not the new 438 million, but for reasons of simplicity I will leave it as such.
Another point I was thinking about is that because the Debt is either constant or falling (we hope so anyway) the shares price will increase at a greater rate than Enterprise Value.
Roughly to get the EV/oz of Resource to rise from $92 to $150 (~66%) the share price would rise from 4.6 cents to 22 cents (~500% increase)
Similarly to get the EV/oz of Production to rise from $845 to $2500 (~300%) the share price would have to rise from 4.6 cents to 40 cents (~900%)
Sounds like I am doing a serious ramp here and I am not. EVG will do very little until the Grimworld and Project Finance issues are resolved.
The negatives are there loud and clear for us all to see, but if we dig a little, the situation just could change.
Life is full of surprises, just hope in this case they are good ones ---- alas it wasnt so for our poor Kevin.
