I'm not about apologising nor making excuses on behalf of any goldie but, this has been a season from hell in this part of the world er, HOT! Hope the weather pisses off back to moderate again so more can be done in a timely fashion.

I too am bewildered @ the relatively small sampling accomplished over sucjh a long timframe & believe personally that management have focused too much on the structural child & not enough on the Conglo one. I'm fully aware of the fact they are expecting NOVO to do the lifting but DEG must stand on their own as NOVO are the slowest going concern of them all! If they were to service your car, you'd have to go on an OS trip whilst they searched for the keys they'd lost 5 minutes after you've left. The excuses would make you vomit up your lunch & price for the job ensure you'd be working for another 5 years until retirement! 

Pls DEG, do as NOVO is doing with the Tomra Sorter. I hate the colour red...
