You've hit the nail on the head. I've been using the platform for 3 months..... and it feels like an investment toy (but I guess I'm not the target market as I'm an engaged investor).
I think they are being frugal with their cash so it's not going to die straight away but unless they can kick up those growth figures it will be death by a thousand cuts.
I think their retail rewards option is poorly designed as it's confusing and time consuming for the user. I wanted to use it to gain back the fees I've paid to date (about $5) but in the end it's time poorly spent.....
I can't see myself using this platform for much longer..... especially as you have that added data risk of the company having direct access to your banking details.
