They have to raise approximately 10 mill to get this thing off the ground . The money won't come from any settlement from prime , they still have a dispute with their last advisors to settle the ones they sacked . In order to settle with prime either one or both parties has to swallow their pride , and take a concession so everyone can move forward , will this happen who knows or will the legal bill keep piling up ?
Great IP here but still massive issues to sort out . It's taken over a year to even get to mediation . All imo but still along way to go
