Just to add an after thought. Negotiating a 30 million funding package with Blackrock would require good faith bargaining on LPEs behalf and extensive due diligence on Blackrock's, so the consolidation plan will be no surprise to Blackrock, possibly their suggestion. Especially since the two announcements came out on the same day.
