My read is they acquire a nest egg equal to the dollar amount of growth over 2c times the 250 million shares, it will then be paid out as shares to the value of the nest egg in 5 years time
eg if the shares move up to 10c after 5 years, so 8c growth
250,000,000 x 0.08 = $20,000,000
20,000,000 / 0.1 = 200,000,000 shares issued to blackrock
The higher the growth the more shares they get, it will be a dilution but worth it in my view
