If they do a rights issue to existing holders to raise the additional funds that would be fair. DCN did a rights issue as part of its funding to build Mt Morgan. Gold price is going to help here. We have the loan funding tailwaind and now the gold price is heading in the right direction.
Companies get valued on cash flow, once the Bibra cash flow happens succesfully the rerate will come. Esh
