Based on track record I would NOT underestimate the boys at Arrow.
Remember that atm there is skant in the sp for the international operation. A "trademark" Arrow deal to reduce that by 20 or 30% at a price well above that currently factored in, some smart financing per track record, and then I think you could see a Q for any placement anywhere near then market price, and to underwrite the rts issue. If this occurs it will not worry me in the least whether the prorata component is at $1 or at $5.
Time will tell, but meanwhile track record foretells a lot.
One of the few stocks that went above pre-GFC highs, even in the csg space.
