In these markets, i cant see a SPP or rights issue been above $3.25. Maybe even $3.
A premium has always been implied in the AOE SP due to Shell speculation...yadda...yadda...
PPL in the industry i speak to tell me that is rubbish and run ouf of London by London long speculators knowing they can create a lot of noise re-anything to do with Shell in Europe and London.
Unless they get a significant industry partner to assist in funding - Shell ideally - in what will be the soon issue - then a TO is dead.
I subscribe to the Deustche outlook. T/O is not on the cards. Disregard it. And in these markets CSG is looking very average at best.
