We now have someone with cash that paid above the existing share price to get his 40 million shares.

Hopefully his options will be in the money in two years time.

He has rare earth experience.

He has alluvial mine experience.

Did he get a bargain? In my opinion yes.

Did we have a choice? In my opinion no.

Am I happy that an experienced and successful geologist has joined the Crossland board? You bet ya.

I am sick of the potential of Charlie Creek not being fully exploited because of lack of interest of Australian Investors.
