The volume hasn't even started yet and there's scarcely been any traded below 004 for months. The DTT guys seem to have lost interest in it pretty quickly too, which is even better. Don't think we'll see a real move until after the placement and shortfall are confirmed and issued. Took PSF a while after the initial move after the placement.
