dunno how many times i have to repeat myself but it took Syrah 6 months to get the ministers signature amd the already had a mining licence of sorts. I'm definitely going to convert my options now though been a long time since we have seen a bit of green and volume too!! i also cant see why we cant have terms for finance agreed on pending mining concession..
