Sorry Jag i thing you misread my post..I said H4 2018..Construction of the mine is set for mid year..Financing package should be rolled out over the next 2-3 months.
The INAMI process taking longer than anticipated has set this back a bit however if financing is secured shortly we should still be on track for construction mid year, I've no doubt MCC & Sinzhou are working away diligently as we speak on the formal plans.
