All I know is he said mining concession was a requirement of financing & that both INAMI & ministers signature would be seperate announcements.
There has been talk of whether we need ministers signature before financing approval or is INAMI enough..My understanding is we do need ministers signature.
For concrete clarification I advise ringing head office to speak to David.
