re: Ann: Fully Underwritten Capital Raising t... I've been in this since it was spun of from ADN. I took part in the 22c rights issue some time ago. It was a great deal at the time.

With the current price less than the rights price there isn't going to be much of a take up. The result will be that Sentient increases its percentage holding.

At some point they might as well buy us retail holders out and get on with it themselves. All the listing costs would go away and they wouldn't have to comply with ASX reporting regulations.

What price though? Don't see any reason for them to pay much of a premium.
