As to the $3.5 million I would suggest it is being extinguished at a prodigious rate and as to the previous fund raising I would suggest it was very poor judgement by the directors a and management not to have raised the money when they had the opportunity.
Instead it was kept tight and low and the subscribers to that fundraising have creamed it and moved on.
