At this rate the underwriters are going to be picking up heaps of stock leaving a massive overhang.
Why existing shareholders would participate in this is difficult to believe.
The Directors & Management need to pull a rabbit out of a hat to stop the rot of the wash rinse dry cycle of
revolving door diluting CR at ever decreasing prices until they expire
