Forgive me for being pedantic, but the original nature of the suspension was because accounts were not submitted by ASX's due date.
I agree with you about the uniqueness, in my experience, of a company not saying anything about its ongoing suspension after it has met ASX's requirements.
I was one that contacted MED for some explanation. I got no reply whatsoever. MED is being grossly discourteous to both its shareholders and intending investors.
The situation looks serious, IMO. I still bet that the problem is that unsecured loan of c.$15 million MED made to another company that is in the same stable as MED, but not actually owned by MED.
