If he has created the environment for the ASX to suspend the shares (orchestrated the suspension) then rectifies the circumstances to have the suspension lifted, then uoon re-lIstIng there is possIbly going to be a flood of people getting out. Share price will drop and share availability will increase. Opportunity to buy at a bargain basement price. He could claim it was the ASX which suspended the shares, and his involvement was at arm length. FamIly members pIrchase a heao of shares at bargaIn orIces This is just a possible scenario. Don't know how illegal it would be to do thIs but definitely unethical.
