They are probably in a state of hibernation until they (hopefully) launch the exchange. Makes no sense to be paying for a full team if they do not need one yet and if this is going to cause undue cost.
They seem to be well connected and I suspect they have a lot of people sitting on the sidelines at the moment waiting to be called back if needed. That's my guess anyway.
Good to hear we got through to the office and that they are still there. The secretary may only work there part time at the moment - she would have a tough job I think.
