    I dont think so ASIC has time for such waste
    They are off the radar now from ASIC and ASX (likely to be forever)
    I wonder how come they were public company before ... their management have no calliper and lacks the leadership sense totally.

    A ship sunk will take more expense to bring over surface than buying a new ship ...
