Irrelevent if listed or not. Directors cannot trade or do any business on behalf of a company if it is insolvent. Whilst BPG has not been officially classified as such as yet but the test is - if all the creditors called in their debt - would there be enough assets to pay them. BPG's balance sheet is very sad and the answer atm is NO.
