8811 was the only Cobalt result that was >10,000 the rest are true values, with the % of 1.95 (table 1) being from page 23 as you indicated, the only problem I have with that is there is nowhere on any of the results pages that actually shows what the true ppm reading was prior to it being converted to %.
What it also shows is that regardless of the spin being placed on the acquisition there was only 1 (ONE) out of 80 grab samples taken that was worthy of being reported in % (percentage) at Lincoln Springs.
I also totally agree with you in regards to the trust (or lack of) that shareholders have towards them, and now would of been a good time to report (or have the results converted) to true % rather than a miss match of some percentage and rest in ppm.
